🏆 How I Did It: I led multiple core product launches from strategy through execution, resulting in a 57% increase in adoption within the first quarter. Developed comprehensive product marketing briefs, including positioning, buyer personas, and GTM plans, to ensure consistent and customer-centric messaging. Drove cross-functional alignment with Product and Sales to address market-specific requirements and accelerate launch readiness. Facilitated messaging and positioning workshops with internal teams to refine value propositions for new offerings. Built and maintained a competitive intelligence program, delivering battle cards and hosting monthly enablement sessions to strengthen sales effectiveness. Conducted bi-monthly customer visits across the U.S. and Canada to gather direct feedback, informing product strategy and sharpening market fit.
