⭐ The Role: Product Marketing Manager overseeing all domains and products, including premium features. Owned end-to-end go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, and adoption for the full product portfolio in the Electronic Health Record space.
🎯 The Challenge: Drive successful, repeatable launches across a complex and expanding product suite while increasing awareness, understanding, and adoption of both core and premium features among diverse customer segments.
🏆 How I Did It: I led the successful launch of all features across AlayaCare’s triannual product releases, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success. Increased feature adoption by designing and executing multi-channel GTM programs, including in-app Pendo guides, targeted email and social campaigns, and sales enablement assets. I also created and hosted Tea Time with Product Marketing, a flagship video series that translated product updates into clear, customer-focused narratives, strengthening internal alignment and driving sustained customer engagement.
